Dawn

You fell on me
gently, like a wistful drop of dew
on my million lonely dawns
when sleepy eyed
I had watched the sun rise
and closed my eyes again
to dream of the dusk in your porch
You fell on me
warmly, like the whimsical figment
of morning light that makes its way
through the crevices of our joined bodies
and weighs down my eyes
as I watch you
breathing, sleeping, dreaming

I like how it maintains it's tone throughout. A dream like quality, and words are subtle as well. Nothing jarring. Lovely!

Makes me ecstatic solemnly !Love to passthrough the rhythmic crevices almost poetic or should I say lyrical.

Tulika,

Emotions of being with someone whom you love said so well.
